Allison Parks Hale has a lifetime of experience in Orthodontics. Daughter of legendary Dr. Bill Parks, she grew up in a busy orthodontic practice, so the specialty is literally in her blood. This unique vantage point offered her views of the good, the bad and the ugly sides of running an orthodontic practice. Her father’s dedication to excellence greatly influenced her approach to practice development, and she has a keen eye for transforming practices to meet their true potential.
With over a decade of experience in practice management and real-time, in the trenches problem solving, Allison is able to quickly and efficiently identify key areas of improvement within a practice and implement practical, systems-based solutions. She specializes in rebuilding outdated systems, improving productivity & profitability and building on the practice’s strong foundation to provide an excellent patient experience.
